Day 58 - Excuses, excuses.

Legalese cock-up on one document and the whole day was spent scrambling to fix things:  A massive syndicate, not easy to remedy once the wheels are in motion, but disaster averted.

This was the day after my usual gruelling Wednesday (PCP day 1 of the week, 30+kms on the bike, beach volleyball). I really feel it on Thursday mornings and give myself a sleep in each time, I can't bring myself to get up at 05:30hrs after the day before. Work was brutal and then just collapsed once I got home. I did ride my bike to and from the office however, so at least I did something but PCP workout was not happening, also my right leg was aching a bit, so I got an early night.  I felt bad at the time and I feel bad today; I don't want to miss any workouts.  Nothing I can do though, it happened.

I am organised today and all set for some good PCPing over the weekend.  My wife is away for 4 days, so I've nothing to do but exercise and steam vegetables at will!

  1. Your photos are amazing. Brilliant results.

Just put that day behind you and move forward. Sounds like you are well set for the next few days too.

  2. OMG Kevin, I know that you didn't paint those abs on. Way to go!!!! So whilst you are beating yourself up, you are not sitting on your behind. Put it all behind you and spend the next 4 days steaming and sweating. Excellent results so far. We also have to remember that we don't operate in a vacuum and real life does go on, otherwise we won't be prepared for post-PCP life. Personally am wondering how long I will need to continue PCP type regime after the 90 days to get a stomach that has more defined lines. But maybe that is just body type.
