Enjoyed a lie-in today and will do skips (and some pull ups) ce soir. Legs felt heavy today, remnants of yesterdays Pistol Squats I believe. Riding the bike in a balmy 35 degrees plus humidity is an interesting way to start the work day, especially when the temp gauge in the office shower is broken and there is only scalding water available to rinse off with; very unpleasant. The weather is nuts in North America right now, Toronto on Thursday is forecast to be 46 degrees with the Humidex!
Still loving the 8MA, I smirk to myself throughout, Gabrielle doesn't find it as amusing as I do but she's there each night doing it with me. Having her support really helps.
