Day 27 - No Means No! (Nadal v Del Potro)

Lunchtime blog from work; tennis on; productivity remains constant.  So far this seems likes a great change to the workplace.
(First set tiebreak due to begin and Nadal has the trainer out, hmmmm....)

A weekend away in the country will not do the contents of your fridge much good.  Tonight I have to fetch Her Majesty, stock up on groceries, sort the house out (includes a festering pile of triathlon and horse-riding gear) and get day 27 PCP exercises done (coverage has switched to Federer v Youzhny, also in first set tiebreak!). This morning I elected to sleep, so much in fact that I was 30 minutes late for work. My hamstring is not happy today and I'm still very tired  (Nadal's ok to continue. I'd quite like Russell Crowe to upset him here though. They've gone split-screen, the drama!).  That said, I'll get the exercise done by hook or by crook, after all tomorrow is a blessèd skips-only day and I will have a fully stocked house by then, so it will be easy to get the routine back on track.  In the interim I shall soldier on.

Patrick's Day 26 email was a good read - the naysayers!  I've encountered a good deal of this, but also very happy to have received a lot of positive reactions also.  This weekend I was surrounded by some very understanding minds, so that felt good. Saying that however my wife did try and force-feed me a can of lager yesterday.  I never thought I'd see the day that I would actively resist such an occurrence, but it happened.  I had to fight really hard and ended up with beer all down my t-shirt. I wonder what other peculiar firsts PCP has in store for me? (Fed lost his one. Nadal's taken this, hope the wheels don't fall off now for Maximus Decimus Meridius)

  1. Stats look very impressive. Good luck with the shopping and restocking and resting and generally getting back into doing horrible stuff like creeps and katanas!

  3. Nice stats - are you wearing RFIDs to auto track your progress?
